PuneTDR.in acts as a broker and matching service. We connect parties with a genuine, matched interest in buying, selling, or generating TDR/DRC, or in real estate requirements and proposals. We are not a party to any transaction between matched buyers and sellers, and we do not guarantee that a match will result in a completed deal.
Information on this site — including live rate ranges, the FSI/TDR calculator, and general guidance on TDR generation — is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or regulatory advice. TDR/FSI rules, Ready Reckoner rates, and loading limits are set and revised by PMC, PCMC, and PMRDA and can change at any time. You are responsible for independently verifying all figures, documentation, and eligibility with the relevant planning authority and your own architect, lawyer, or chartered accountant before making any decision.
Rates, availability, and listing information displayed on this site are updated periodically and reflect market conditions as understood by us at the time of publishing. We do not warrant that any specific rate, quantity, or listing is currently available or will remain unchanged. All figures should be treated as indicative until confirmed directly with us.
Any brokerage fee or commission applicable to a facilitated transaction will be communicated and agreed separately with the parties involved before a deal is finalized. Using this website or submitting a requirement does not, by itself, create an obligation to pay a fee unless a transaction is completed through our facilitation.
